Hey Patrick Henry High School Students... Are you ever tardy to first period? Well, you don't want to be tardy in November. Look at this latest challenge from Mrs. Johnson of Communities in Schools!

October was Bully Prevention and Drug Prevention Awareness month. The Patrick Henry High School ninth grade class challenged classes to decorate classroom doors using these two themes. The winner of the door decorations was Mr. Hoffman's class. They were treated to cupcakes from Mrs. Johnson of Communities and Schools.

The first nine week's Attendance Celebration was held on Tuesday, October 31. All freshmen who had missed two days or less in the first nine weeks were treated with a slice of pizza by Mrs. Johnson with Communities and Schools. Which grade will win the second nine weeks Attendance Celebration? Come to school and see. Attendance matters and you matter!

Good afternoon,
We were all heartbroken when we learned that Cameron Craig had lost his life in the line of duty as a local Firefighter. The services to honor his sacrifice will occur on Wednesday afternoon and the procession will have a tremendous impact on traffic in our community. In order to honor Cameron's ultimate sacrifice and to ensure that our buses and car traffic do not interfere with the procession, all Washington County Public Schools will dismiss 2 hours early on Wednesday, October 25. Childcare will be available at all middle and elementary schools for working families who need that service. Each school will provide individual details prior to Wednesday.
Thank you for your understanding. We know you join us in loving, supporting, and praying for everyone involved.
Thank you,
Keith Perrigan, Ed.D.
