PHHS students enjoyed Solar Eclipse activities Monday, April 8th! Students enjoyed MoonPies, MilkyWays, and Starburst while watching a presentation from our Science Department. The company working on our construction in front of PHHS will be bringing in a crane Monday morning, April 15, 2024, to relocate our Flag Pole. Due to this disruption, please use the cafeteria doors on Monday morning. The front entrance will be closed until around 10:30am. This will apply to students, parents, and visitors.

Attention Patrick Henry High School Students!!! From April 1 - April 26, there will be an attendance challenge for PHHS students! The last week (April 22 - April 26), the Ro Sham Bo challenge will begin! Each student and staff member will receive a blue beaded necklace. Students may challenge each other in Ro Sham Bo. Winner collects the necklace from the loser. Once a student has 5 necklaces they may challenge a staff member. At the end of the week the student from each grade with the most necklaces will be in a final 4 face off. The ultimate winner gets a prize. Prize pool is determined by attendance. Students at PH enjoyed an egg-cellent Friday! Colored eggs were hidden throughout the building today. When a student found one, they exchanged it for a sweet treat!
Promtastic! The Pop-Up Prom Shop was a success. Over 700 new dresses were made available to Washington & Smyth County students. Dresses were $25, but the smiles were priceless! A shoutout to If It's Hair, Ombré Nail Bar, A Cut 4 U, and Dragonfly Spa & Boutique for providing gift certificates for some special students.
